Hi, thanks for reaching out.
We understand that it can be very difficult to deal with this situation, especially when you feel that no one is there to understand you. Suicidal thoughts are frequently prompted by a treatable health problem, even though it feels like your anguish will never end. This includes physical health issues like depression. Depression is a medical illness that requires immediate medical attention. The molecules in your brain are altered. It has an impact on your moods, thoughts, and feelings. It can make it difficult or impossible to feel glad, recall positive memories, or envision solutions to difficulties. If you've already been treated for depression, you may need to try different treatments to find one that works for you.
Some of the things you can do when you are feeling depressed include:
Things that trigger suicidal ideation should be avoided. These things are unique to each individual. Being alone, consuming alcohol, and using drugs are all common triggers. Every day, spend time with family or friends. Remove all alcohol, drugs, and other items that you used or planned to use to harm yourself from your home.
Allow time to pass. You are not obligated to act on your suicidal ideas. Make a vow to yourself that you will take the time to seek help and treatment if you need it.
Take care of your physical and mental well-being. Follow your doctor's dietary and exercise recommendations. Make sure you get enough rest. Learn how to deal with stress in a healthy way. Find activities that you enjoy and do them. If you're on antidepressant medication, don't forget to take it. Take the appropriate dosage at the appropriate time.
Working with a professional is a good idea. It's possible that this person is a psychiatrist or a counsellor. Don't be hesitant to share your feelings with a professional. Tell him or her how you're feeling and don't keep anything hidden.
We would highly recommend you to approach a professional counsellor/mental health practitioner, who would be able to guide you through in a safe and non-judgmental manner. It is perfectly okay to seek out professional help from mental health practitioners from organizations or independent set ups.

Hi, I understand it is not easy to go through two abortions. You are not getting support and understanding you want from in-laws. You are also not able to get support and understanding from husband. You want to reach out to someone who can understand what you are going through. You can share about what you are going through and how you feel in detail with a psychologist and counseling sessions will help you.
It is important to remember that you are a caring person and it will be good if you can reward yourself every now and then. What you are going through is not easy, it will be good if you can practice self-care and be kind to yourself.
Hello I appreciate that you are approaching here for help. Sorry to hear about your loss I can understand what you must be going through. You can take help of psychologist to deal with your thoughts and emotions. Please visit a psychologist and start your therapy sessions.
Hi... It seems you are suffering from depression. The cause may be psychosocial (marital/in-laws issues) or may be triggered by your two abortions.
In either case you need professional help to get over this negative cycle of thoughts and emotions.
Suicidal thoughts aren't something that can be left unattended. You need to Consult a Psychiatrist if the frequency and intensity of your suicidal thoughts are high.

Health Tips
Psychotherapy/Counselling may not change the situation you are in, but it will help you develop necessary strength and strategy to deal with your present environment and come out of depression.
Hello Practo user
I can totally understand how difficult the situation can be for you as expression of feeling is difficult for you right now so i think you should go for couple counseling where you are talking about the issues not to each other family but rather a person with neutral though about both the sides.
If your husband does not agree with you for family counselling then seek individual therapy to make things workable for you and not hamper and deteriot your mental health more.
Next Steps
consult a professional first couple counselling if that is mot working out than your own treatment by the individual therapy.
