Deficiency of vitamin b12
I am 38 years old and I was feeling fatigue, tiredness, leg pain , headache .then I have discuss with my physician and got to know that my vitamin b12 is 161 which is low. Please advice me a diet to restore the same and what other problems this deficiency can occurs .
