Decreasing platelet and wbc but hb 13.5
My previous blood report had 1,33,000 platelet and wbc 6,600 and my current platelet shows 1,22,000 and wbc 3,200 but heamoglobin same at 13.5 What may be reason? I had fever 3 days back took paracetamol now no fever but worried
