Declining stamina and strength.
I'm a 20 YO college student, and since about six months I've been experiencing drastic decrease in my stamina and general body strength. I'm 6 ft tall and i weigh about 59 kg (I'm quite skinny). I used to be a football player but now i can barely run continuously for 10 minutes before I need to catch my breath. My stamina and body strength is going down real fast, the hectic college schedule everyday leaves me dead tired every evening. Please help and does this affect my sexual health? Letmeknw
