Recently from a month i have cut down sugar completely to reduce calorie intake taking sugarfree natura as I'm at home now during lockdown but after lockdown I'm going back to other city for job will stay there only and have to eat cooked food with roomates there i can't cut down sugar should eat everything is made.. my question is if i suddenly start to consuming sugary items again as i used to do before will i get diabetes?
