Hello,
I had cut myself on metal 3 months ago. I immediately went to the local medical store and got myself a single tetanus toxoid injection.
Now, 4 days ago I cut myself against metal again. It's superficial wound on left thigh with little bleeding. I was wearing full pants when the metal hit my thigh. I noticed the wound three days later. Today on the 4th day, I rubbed some aftershave over it. The picture attached shows how the wound is looking now. No excess pain or anything is happening there.

No need to worry as it is a superficial wound. As u have already taken TT 3 months back no need to repeat it again. TT is supposed to be taken once in 6 months or one year as and when required.
Just avoid touching that wound repeatedly, avoid excess water contact with the affected area.
Can use MUPIROCIN ointment once in a day.
As you have already taken TT just three months ago so no further dose of TT needed
As I can see this is superficial injury to the skin
No any action needed.....just keep the area dry and clean
Next Steps
No medicine to be taken....just keep the area dry and clean
In my opinion no need to take further treatment as you already took tetanus shot. Just keep wound area clean so no further infection will occur. If you still need help feel free to connect.

Since TT was already taken no repeat dose needed. Only antibiotic cream would be enough. For any other query regarding the same kindly consult me on practo
Just apply some antiseptic ointment over it, 2 to 3 times daily. Avoid wearing very tight clothes which can hurt it.Do not scratch it, when it starts to itch during healing.
