My weight is 67 kg height 5.5 I am bpo employee work around 8 to 9 hours sitting job.i eat 2 apple in the morning at 7 am and  5 or 6 chapati + chawal + 1 cup dal + vegetables and 4pm 1 or pomegranate and around 8pm again 4 to 6 chapati + vegetables , I donot any medical issue now is it sufficient or eating more or what should I eat for daily requirement
