I’m 15 178 pounds I want to drop to 160 for boxing. I’m obviously going to have to cut calories but I don’t want to stunt my growth in anyway. Me feeling empty doesn’t affect me, all I want to know are low calorie foods that still allow me to grow so I can burn more than I take in.
