Yes you can have curd. There is no problem in taking curd and milk but that should be low in fat. For weight gain you can consult and take a customised diet plan.
Having low fat curd is ok for both. Make sure you avoid bakery products. Include good fruits and vegetables and start some basic physical exercise.
