Curd for G1 fatty liver and cholesterol
I am underweight. I've grade 1 fatty liver and cholesterol. Having curd daily is good for both? Please help.

Yes you can have curd. There is no problem in taking curd and milk but that should be low in fat. For weight gain you can consult and take a customised diet plan.
