Hello,  Thank you for sharing your concerns. Constipation and fissure aggravation while on painkillers and antibiotics is a common issue, as these medications can significantly slow bowel motility. However, increasing the dose of **Cremaffin Plus** (a combination of liquid paraffin and milk of magnesia) to 20ml twice daily is not advisable without medical supervision. Overuse of laxatives can lead to dependency, electrolyte imbalances, dehydration, or worsening symptoms like cramping or diarrhea.  Your current regimen requires a holistic review. Painkillers (especially opioids) and certain antibiotics exacerbate constipation, and adjusting their type/dosage or adding stool softeners/fiber supplements might be safer. Additionally, fissures may need targeted treatment to prevent complications.  I recommend scheduling a consultation with me to:  1. Evaluate your medications and suggest alternatives if needed.  2. Provide a personalized plan to manage constipation without relying on high-dose laxatives.  3. Address fissure care to promote healing.  For immediate guidance, you can reach me on WhatsApp at **eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two**. Let’s work together to resolve this safely.

Increasing the dose of Cremaffin Plus should be done cautiously, as excessive use may lead to dependency or electrolyte imbalances. Instead, consider dietary modifications like increasing fiber and water intake. If constipation persists or worsens, a different laxative may be needed. I recommend scheduling a consultation to assess your symptoms further and adjust treatment accordingly.
