Cramps in legs
My mother gets lots of cramps in her legs and stomach on a regular basis. Is their any particular reason for that? She is currently using systaflan gel on her legs..

Stomach cramps are probably not related to leg cramps. Leg cramps could be due to deficiency of Vitamins like B12, D, B 1. Also in carnitine deficiency
Next Steps
Take Nervz one daily for a month and see if any difference. Has a good dose of B12 and folate. If no improvement do a bone profile with calcium and vitamin D. Tummy cramps- you need to describe them some more
