  4. Covid Risk. Need to take in advance?

Had a tea break with my colleague in office on Mon 16th of Nov. On 17th he had fever so he tested for covid. His results came positive today. I am not having any symptoms but what precautions do I need to take ? And for many days I need to isolate ? What medicines need to take in advance ?
