Fever past 2 days in the night 100F to 101F, having chills,feeling like vomiting extremely thirsty, had a tooth pain 2 days prior to the fever had diclogem tablet 2 on the first night of fever thn subsided again the next night had 100 F fever having another diclogem tablet just slight body ache and slight headache .No cold or runny nose or sorethroat or no breathing issues. Confused if it is Covid or malaria or just a flu due to change in weather.In covid does the fever stay constant or reduces a. Do i need to take a covid test and when if it is so. Please suggest some medication. Thank you
