Is he tested or not? Children can be asymptomatic even if they are covid positive If he was there with u for past 7 days then he might have got infected too , chances are there Anyways don't worry if possible get the test done for him even if he doesn't have symptoms If he is negative take all proper precautions like hand sanitization, compulsory face mask by all inside the home too, seperate toilet to the child if available, of course there are chances of getting infected but minimal with the adequate precautions If he is positive then staying with u may not be a problem
