Coughing and Vomiting

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Since few days my friend is having cold. she is couging a lot and every morning she is vomiting sometimes white foggy or sometimes yellow in color liquid bitter in taste. She is also having body pains and she is feeling week every day. Yesterday while sleeping she puked due to coughing. She is not feeling good to have anything. whatever she eats she is vomiting or she doesnt feel like having it. What can be done? and whats wrong?
