Cough with throat pain
My wife is having cough and throat pain for more than a week. Some times fever is there. She had azithrwal tab 500mg for 3 days but no response. Tried gargling but no effect. Right ear was paining and now she is complaining that she unable to listen through the right ear. Feeling drowsy most of the time. Coughing more often. Tongue is white and having pain in moving. Some tiny balls are seen also. She tried tusq ds syrup for cough but not very effective. Not much mucus on coughing. No running nose.

Please her condition doesn’t seem to be simple to treat herself without being seen by a physician . In my opinion she should be consulted by physician and properly treated as soon as possible
