Cough with chest pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am having continuous dry cough for about a week. Now I have chest pain too. I do gargling daily twice with hot salt water. But it's of no use. Please suggest a good medicine so that I feel relieved.

Chest pain may be because of coughing continously. Use ginger wwith honey if want natural relief. Otherwise cough relievers like sualin/ vicks etc to keep in your mouth. Drink lots of water. Give rest to your throat too.

Next Steps

Chlorpheniramine tablet or syrup at night for peaceful sleep. But it sedates so be careful.
