  4. Cough n cold. Suggest me a theraphy.

From last 10 days I am suffering from cough n cold n I was having ALEX COUGH SYRUP. From yesterday I was realising the increase of body temperature n getting warm breathing n feeling body ache. Today I lost mu appetite n felling everything tasteless. I took combiflam yesterday n today morning also. Please suggest me a theraphy... Regards
