Cough colds fever. My daughter four year

Asked for Female, 4 Years

My daughter has a cough and cold and we alreaf seek a doctor attention her doctor gave her Procaterol; Cetirizine; and Azithromycin . But now she has a fever . And still cough and colds are there. What should I do.
