Cough,cold, stomach pain and body pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I've have been having cough and cold for more than 5 days and i had taken some medicine from nearby medical but also of no use . from morning am having stomach pain with motion (8-9 times)

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Did you say taking medicine from a nearby medical store? May i know why? Us the medical store guy a doctor? Or you are a doctor?
