  4. Cough, cold, fever, loose motion. Help.

I am suffering from cough and fever from 5 days and whole day and night I feel slight shiver.I had my blood test done and it was normal. From tomorrow I have also started facing loose motion. I am taking laxmivilas Ras,sanjivani vati, and sitopaladi churn . Please help.
