Hlo sir, aapko 5 din se cough aur cold hai, kabhi-kabhi saans bhi heavy lag rahi hai. Saath me aapko diabetes aur BP hai, isliye thoda dhyan rakhna zaroori hai. Aapke liye advice: Steam inhalation aur garam paani se gargle karte rahiye. Zyada thanda, spicy aur oily khana avoid karein. Warm water sip-sip karke pijiye, hydration maintain rakhiye. Doctor advice se simple cough syrup/antiallergic le sakte ho. Diabetes aur BP ki medicines time pe lete rahiye. Proper rest aur neend lijiye. Agar saans bahut phoolne lage, bukhar high ho jaye ya weakness zyada ho, to turant apne doctor se consult karein. I hope this helps u.😊

I think u took ctz and cough syrup, generally it's because of season variation,so covid test is not required. But as u have heavy breaths better get ur saturation checked and keep monitoring ur diabetes and bp monthly

Supportive care (until you see doctor): Steam inhalation 1–2 times/day. Warm fluids (soup, tea, warm water). Saline gargles for throat. Paracetamol for fever or body ache. Rest and hydration. Continue your BP and diabetes medicines regularly.
Next Steps
get a COVID test + consult a doctor because of your medical conditions and breathlessness. Supportive measures can help meanwhile.
Health Tips
Go to hospital immediately if: Breathlessness worsens or you feel chest tightness. Oxygen <94%. High fever not improving. Severe weakness, confusion, or persistent vomiting.

You should get a COVID test since you have diabetes, BP, cough for 5 days, and heavy breathing. Check oxygen level (SpO₂) and temperature. If SpO₂ <94% or severe breathlessness, go to hospital immediately. At home: warm fluids, steam inhalation, rest, monitor sugars/BP. Take paracetamol for fever, cetirizine for cold (sugar-free). Avoid self-medication with antibiotics/steroids.

No it is not corona as Covid produces other sign and symptoms also. If you have only cold and cough then it is common seasonal viral infection. To get proper prescription you can book an appointment with me for treatment.

Hello. Since you have diabetes and high blood pressure, it is important to be cautious. A cough and cold for 5 days with occasional breathing difficulty should not be ignored.
Next Steps
Yes, getting a COVID test is advisable to rule it out. Monitor your temperature, oxygen level, and blood sugar regularly. Take adequate rest, warm fluids, and steam inhalation. For symptom relief, you may use paracetamol for fever/body ache and saline nasal drops/antihistamines if needed.
Health Tips
Please consult a doctor in person or go to the hospital immediately if you develop high fever, worsening breathlessness, low oxygen, or chest pain.

Every Cough and cold is not Covid.Yes you have diabetes so you are at the risk of complicated pneumonia,But not necessarily Covid. You should provide detail history like how’s your cough is it productive or nonproductive(is there any sputum or not).Is there any fever, headache, generalised bodyache?Kindly provide detail history and then only go for extensive testing.

Common cold and cough could require a course of Antibiotics since it is not cured from 5 days and also will require Tab. Levocetrizine. For the symptom of heavy breath you have mentioned. There will be a lot of causes for it. As you are also having comorbidities kindly visit a physician nearby and get General physicial examination done

Take syrup RESWAS 10 ML thrice daily for seven days, if you have dry cough or RESWAS LS 10 ML thrice daily for seven days, if you have wet cough. RESWAS LS CAN CAUSE Increased HEART BEAT AND TREMORS, IF ANY OF THAT HAPPENS LOWER DOSE TO 5 ML THREE TIMES DAILY.
Next Steps
Start medicines for diabetes and hypertension. Can go for a covid test.
Health Tips
If you have no fever or low grade fever then cause may be virus, NO ANTIBIOTICS REQUIRED, viral fever resolves on its own, if fever is high grade then associated with other symptoms, chances of bacterial infection, then take antibiotics.
