Hello doctor my wife had fever on 8th may and mild cough but after that she had no fever and we have done some blood test in which crp is normal 1.7 and cbc normal but D DIMER IS 1.01 mg and she is 12 week pregnant too

Get her rt pcr test and get her serum ferritin test,LDH test done.if the tests reveal positive start doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 5 days give her limcee ,zinconia,twice daily.dolo650 for fever.give tab drise every alternate day for 2 weeks.hydrate her well with ors.plenty of fruits to be given.lemon juice diluted can be given 2nd hrly.
