hello mam. likely possibility in your age is either an early degenerative or rheumatoid arthritis. this is a common age for the onset of both. symptoms are more or less similar with a small joint involvement and morning stiffness in cases of rheumatoid arthritis. The pain and heaviness in the calves can be secondary to a radiating pain from the knee. please see your orthopaedic and get evaluated for the exact diagnosis. all the best
