Constant nasuea and headches and cold

I've been taking an iron suppliment called feramax and i know it has some side effects but i just wanted to know how long these side effecrs lasted casue i've been feeling down and i just need some help

Hi, You need to check your blood parameters to look for anemia. How far it's been corrected. If your blood parameters for iron deficiency anemia has been corrected. Then you don't need any further supplement. A detailed history regarding any blood loss is important. You may manage it with iron rich diet if iron deficiency is corrected.
