Well.. headache and generalised body aches may not be due to tetanus injection and ?Pain killer shot. If u have pain swelling or redness at the site of injection with fever , injection can be a cause . The symptoms u experience may be due to mode of injury (?fall with head injury ) or a concomitant Infection .
