Constant frustration and depression
I'm a resident of India. I want to be a novelist and a filmmaker but there is no enough good scope for the same here. As a result I ended up enrolling in an engineering college. Though I'm a 2nd year civil engineering student, I don't have any interest in it. I want to follow my passion and make it my profession. In engineering college, there is hardly any time to concentrate in writing. This makes me even more depressed and frustrated. I often feel like breaking and destroying everything. Help

If you are passionate about your passion, take it as a primary aim in life. This is just the beginning & not the end of your life. Take out some time from your daily routine but finishing the degree is also important. There should something to fall back upon if you have to struggle. Besides that, your reputation being a qualified Engineer will help you in selling your project
