I have fever since last 3 days. It comes with shivering and then my body starts emitting heat. But when I take medicine it goes.

Since your fever is associated with shivering I would advise you to visit the nearest ER so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as CBC, peripheral smear, urine routine, Dengue IgM, Lepto IgM,etc. to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. Keep yourself well hydrated(3 liters/day) and don't skip meals(have a liquid diet if solid food is difficult to tolerate).
