I can understand the difficult situation that you are going through in your life . It seems that there is some unresolved stressful event which is aggravating these distressing symptoms. Upset stomach , nausea , worry , tense muscles etc can cause disturbances in your day to day living . You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation to help calm your thoughts . Try and talk to your close family members or friends . Maintain a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet and regular sleeping patterns . Go for regular exercise as well . It is suggested that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an in-depth analysis of your issues and diagnosis through which a personalized treatment plan can be made with regular counseling sessions .
