Concern about symptoms
I am a 20 years old boy from last 6 months I have physical symptoms like 1 a tight band wrapped around my head every time 24*7 2Tightness and pain in neck and shoulders 3 dry mouth 4 ringing ears 5 upset stomach, bloating 6 eye strain, red eyes, mild headache above eyes 7 stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing mild headache 8 nausea 9 dizziness. 10. Tense muscles 11 block ears sometimes 12 weakness 13 sudden chills, shivering, sweating 14 sensation in head 15 constant worry about having a big disease like a brain tumour, cancer Due to my worry, I have done MRI brain in January and the report was normal But after that, I again start worry after a few months that I got a tumour in the last few months So last Friday I again had ct scan head and the report was normal But I am still worried. please help me. I am so much scared about it. Can I completely rule out the chance of a brain tumour by scans And what's the reason for above symptoms 3
