No we can't rule out 100 percentage chances of brain tumor, as you have not under gone a scan now as per medical sciences. But you should know few things the fastest growing brain tumor produced mostly same symptoms as slow growing but variation in prognosis as per nature of the tumor. The symptoms you described here is not a classic features of a brain tumor. So you r going in a different direction. Probably you have significant anxiety or obsessive fear related to your health. R u getting these thoughts again and again ?? Let's discuss in detail through chat. If symptoms are severe you need some medication to get rid of that.
