Comes again and again!!!!

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I had severe acne on my face for almost two year now its almost gone(very mild is left).Bur now there is this reddish infection and white pimples growing around my nose and my chin very painful and itchy sometimes i sqeeze them(with tissue) blood comes often what is happenening to me?? I'm worried..please help..
