I am 28-year-old woman with oily to combination skin. I have enlarged/open pores, frequent acne breakouts, post-acne scars, and pigmentation on my face. I would like recommendations for suitable creams, gels, or medications that can help manage acne, reduce scars, improve skin texture, and control pigmentation.
I very recently started using these
- Kromawash facewash
- picsspot azelaic acid gel
- Reticlin A
- omnimoist moisturizer
- sunmist gel sunscreen
In addition, I have persistent back acne and acne marks/scarring on my back. I also have significant very black pigmentation and dark spots on the buttocks area. Please suggest an effective treatment plan, including any topical products, active ingredients, or medications that may help with these concerns.
I would appreciate guidance on a skincare routine suitable for oily, acne-prone skin and advice on how to safely treat both facial and body acne scars and pigmentation.

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
