Face painful acne from last 2-3 years tried multiple doctors and their medicines i have used salicylic face wash , adapalene 0.1 % ,dermatica aze proactive but nothing worked given by doctor

Hello, in my opinion only creams will not be enough for this type of treatment. Needs systemic treatment (in the form of tablet) along with topical (creams).
