I have cold,fever and cough. Its been 3 days . I took paraceyamol and cough cyrup but there are no efects

Hello sir ..well you tell me that you have already been taking medication for the symptoms you mention and I would suggest you to take antibiotics for the same after consultation with the doctor who has a just duty above mentioned medications... thank you
