  4. Cold, fever, cough. Better medicines.

I am male 35 yrs old and now i am Sick and first day got fever with cold and second day my runny nose be watery and may also get cough and have headache also  feel weak and extremely tired. yesterday i taken paracetamol and Levocetirizine but no see any improvement. Pls advice me some more better medicines.
