My wife is suffering from cold and symptoms of fever. Please advise a medicine. Please make a note that she is feeding a baby.

Hello hello I would suggest you to take Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day for fever for 2vdays and also start on a levocetirizine 5 mg only in the night for 7 days apart from doing steam inhalation for running nose and also continue to take lukewarm water..Meet a physician for further problem..Thank you
