  4. Cold and sneezing. Calpal thrice a day.

My five months old got cold and suffering with sneezing and giving maxtra oral drops 0.5 ml twice a day. Now she is somewhat better, for better cure can i give her thrice a day..and onemore thing for fever we r using calpal thrice a day....

Do not self medicate your 5 months child . In very small kids the drugs can cause overdose if you use over the counter self medication. I suggest you should consult ENT specialist doctor for accurate treatment of your little child. To be safe avoid self medication .
