Cold and cough. Why me?

I have been suffering from cold,cough and sneezing, running nose all through out the day from past two months, I don't know why it's continuing from so long. I am not having anything cold not even switched on the fan from from past two months. I have taken medicine levocetrizine but it's feel ok for a day and after that again same condition. I am not good at all because of this suffering from headache sometime . Please suggest what to do , my friends are eating ice-cream sleeping daily in full fan ON but they are not having any issues. Why me?? Someone please suggest something what to do. At office always sneezing and putting handkerchief always because of running nose doesn't look good. I have taken sometimes turmeric milk also before bed but it block the nose and next day same running nose again.And also want to mention I always feel cold but don't know why ,I need get out of this as I am not able to enjoy anything.
