Tab 1-AL TOTAL once a day for 5 days. Tab Paracetamol 650 mg only when fever is present. Warm saline gargle thrice a day. Steam inhalation thrice a day. Warm honey 2 tsp thrice a day. If not relieved can consult through chat.
