Symptoms suggest a viral upper respiratory infection with Eustachian tube blockage. Recurrent cold/cough for a week with blocked ears is common and usually self-limiting.

Steps:
• Steam inhalation 2–3 times daily
• Warm fluids, adequate rest
• Saline nasal spray
• Antihistamine + decongestant for 3–5 days
• Cough syrup as per type of cough (dry/wet)

• Avoid cold drinks, dust, and smoke
• Do not use antibiotics unless fever, severe throat pain, or symptoms persist >10 days

Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil.
Two times before meals.
Betadine gargle add 3ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals two times.
Tab azee500 one per day after food for 3to5 days.
Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for 3to5 days.
Montek lc one at night for five days.
Hold nse n pretend as u blow a balloon three times in one session for three session.
