Clitoral pain with cold

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Since last 3 days I suffer pain in the clitoris for some part of the day. It pains a lot while I have to pee. And along with that, at night while I sleep my body starts shivering due to cold. I sleep under a fan and the whether is quite humid but it's only me who feels cold. I'm unable to sleep properly because of these reasons. Can anybody tell me what could be the reason behind this.
