Chronic cough/Dry Cough
Sir At night while lying down for sleep I feel dry cough for few minutes. This is happening to me for the last one year. Every day i used to cough dry during bed time for one or two minutes and I got sleep and in the morning its almost ok it means in day time there is no cough. Sir Just I want to know what is the actual cause for dry cough happening to me everyday in bedtime/night daily and its remedies. Thanks.

It can be because of post nasal discharge (secretion from nose instead of coming out through nose it goes back in the throat which trickles there),or acid reflux.. you should take your food 2 hours before you sleep, do steam inhalation .
