I have chronic constipation always. Doctor suggest gandharvastadi oil, Panchsakar churn, kankayan bati, Arogyavardhini vati,rajbati after meal and empty stomach Avipattikar but still motion not come Due to kankayan bati i have small headache.suggest any other medicine

Chronic constipation can be treated .
Maintain regular high fibre diet and exercise regularly
Take sukhsarak vati 2 tabs by sharangdhar pharma.
Drink 8 -10 glasses of water
Drink lukewarm water in the morning
Add amla juice empty stomach in your daily routine
Triphala Churna with lukewarm water in the night will help to relieve constipation.
