I (32M, height 5'8"/173cm, weight 74kg) experience chronic gastric and acidity issues alongside persistent flatulence (gas passes easily via farting multiple times daily). Key details: No abdominal pain or visible bloating. Stomach gurgling sounds mostly. Active lifestyle: Walk regularly throughout the day. No stress; work-life balanced. Strongly familial/genetic: Nearly all extended family members have similar gastric/gas problems. Duration: More noticeable over the last 1-2 years (ongoing longer). Diet: Normal Indian home-cooked food; avoid much spicy; lactose intolerant so hardly consume milk. Tried Pantoprazole, Only slight reduction in acidity; no major improvement. Consulted many doctors; all tests normal. No other symptoms like diarrhea/constipation or weight changes. How to reduce this acidity and gastric issue

1. Avipattikar Churna - 1/2 tsp at bedtime with lukewarm water Best for acidity + regulates Pitta 2. Hingwashtak Churna - 1/2tsp with first bite of lunch/dinner (Directly reduces gas (Vata shamak)) 3. If gurgling + gas persists - Jeerakadyarishta - 2 tsp with equal water after meals

From an Ayurveda perspective,your symptoms are mainly due to improper digestion and weak digestive fire...you can start taking hingwashtak churn half teaspoon mixed with little desi ghee with first bite of your lunch
