I m only 16 I have had no medical history of back pain.. I used to hit the gym.. Light to moderate intensity workouts no injury as such.. But pain developed during course of it..as a result I had to leave but the pain has only got intense.. Can't sit properly in chair.. Pains most of the time all day.. Intense pain that sometimes leads me to utter a cry out.. Mostly in lower back pain.. Tried specific exercises no improvement.. Any chances.. It's starting to affect my daily curriculum
