Cholelithiasis
My father has stomach cancer 2 year ago. And conpleted Chemotherapy last year. And now during follow up he was diagnosed with Cholelithiasis. Ultrasound shows Gall bladder is partially distended and shows multiple variabled size echoreflective foci within the lumen largest measuring 9.5 mm. And he has no symptoms at all. So what could be the next step.

Can wait and watch.if symptoms arise,surgery will be required.meanwhile he must reduce fatty and spicy food. Best to consult a surgeon
