My 12 year old child gets very angry on small issues. Many times a very meaningless matter becomes too big for him. He starts shouting and throw things. Is this because of some minerals deficiencies?

Unlikely because of mineral deficiency but you can get a blood workup done. But primarily consult a psychiatrist where some form of behavioral modification techniques will be taught to you and your child too will be assessed and treated by medicine or therapy as the need may be.
