Anger management
My husband has anger issues.  I am seeking for low cost therapy / treatment for him. We tried consulting few doctors nearby but too many sessions and high cost made us drop the process midway and brought lack of motivation in him. Please suggest any medication or guidance on how to proceed on this which should be cost effective for us.

Yes — there are cost-effective ways to manage anger issues. With therapy or counselling (even free helplines), lifestyle adjustments, and support, many people overcome anger challenges without heavy expense. Medication can help if there's an underlying condition, but it’s not by itself a solution for chronic anger.

Medication isn’t the first choice unless his anger is linked to depression, anxiety, or impulse control problems only a psychiatrist can decide that after assessment. For now, work on small, structured changes: keeping an anger log, taking a 2-minute break before reacting, and practicing slow breathing when he feels the heat rising. Over time, that’s how therapy retrains the brain’s trigger-response loop without heavy cost. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Sorry to hear this. You can go ahead with a consultation and we can see how it goes. Sometimes the patient and dr/therapist don’t click. All the best.
