Kindly visit a nearby hospital and get an ECG and 2d echo done. As there is no history of fever or myalgia or cough, a respiratory cause is unlikely.... Still since it's the time of pandemic please also get a chest x-ray
Next Steps
ecg, 2d echo, chest x-ray treatment for now: Cap. Pan D once a day before breakfast
Health Tips
avoid strenuous activities for now till the tests are done and consult with reports
